Item 6 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended by adding the following as the last paragraph thereof:
“On August 14, 2013, the Special Fund sold pursuant to a stock purchase agreement with the Issuer an aggregate of 1.7 million Shares to the Issuer at a price of $7.25 per Share. The foregoing description of the stock purchase agreement does not purport to be a complete description of the terms thereof and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the stock purchase agreement, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit B to this Schedule 13D and is incorporated herein by reference.”
